Holiday Weekend Hangover ...

I promised myself that I would always be honest when posting ... so here goes. I just had to post and tell you all that we are all grumpy here today, especially me. We really don't have any excuse, but who needs an excuse to be grumpy. We had a fun but busy weekend, went to see a light show at Shady Brook Farms on Friday night, then went to our friends church for a spectacular Christmas-themed evening. Saturday night Silvia had a Christmas party with her cousins, followed by church on Sunday, a big Eagles win over Dallas, a little Christmas decorating and then we crashed. Then I decided to do a little stocking stuffer shopping this morning and totally aggravated my already aching knee.

Hopefully, we will get out of the "grumpies" today. I, for one, have little patience for whiny redheads today, so I am staying in my office. You all know how much I love my girls, but they are suffering from the grumpies too and it's not a good combo. My mother always told me, "If you can't say something nice ..." so I am not saying anything at all.

I promise to post a more cheery post tommorrow. Hope you all are having a more uplifting Monday as you prepare for Christmas. I think I need to watch "Christmas Vacation" again to lift my spirits.
